Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have proven 3 years’ experience as an HR practitioner or similar role industry is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, along with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and drive change.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
  • Flexible with volatile environment.
  • Willing to work in Kajang, Selangor and travel within subsidiaries in other Malaysia states.

Responsibilities: 

The Senior Executive, HR plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of Human Resource matters within the Company. This includes managing payroll, processing staff claims, overseeing recruitment, and addressing ad hoc issues.

  1. Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring they are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  2. Coordinate and support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top-quality candidates.
  4. Implement effective employee retention strategies and initiatives to create a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  5. Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with market trends.
  6. Coordinate and support and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
  7. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while ensuring fairness and compliance.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
  9. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  10. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect best practices and changes in legislation.
  11. Manage and resolve complex HR issues, working closely with legal counsel when necessary.
  12. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance improvement, career development, and employee relations.
