  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

  • Provide post-sale support and address client inquiries or complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create localized marketing campaigns and adapt promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product development workstreams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing activities, including SEO, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and quotas.
  • Prepare and manage export documents, including licenses and permits.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels with internal teams and oversee customs clearance processes.
  • Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Track sales performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Maintain and manage customer data through CRM tools.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, production) for smooth operations.
  • Partner with external stakeholders like trade agencies for market entry.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on global trends and engage in professional development.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
