- Prepare and manage export documents, including licenses and permits.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient delivery.
- Manage inventory levels with internal teams and oversee customs clearance processes.
- Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Track sales performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain and manage customer data through CRM tools.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, production) for smooth operations.
- Partner with external stakeholders like trade agencies for market entry.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
